Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Hospital Administration Faculty member. The position involves teaching add-on courses in Hospital Administration at various colleges across Kerala. The role requires the faculty to travel to different locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and conduct training sessions on Hospital Administration for add-on courses at multiple colleges across Kerala.
- Develop and implement course materials, lesson plans, and assignments that align with the curriculum.
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development.
- Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Hospital Administration to ensure course content remains relevant.
- Collaborate with college administration and faculty to ensure smooth course delivery.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the academic program.
Educational Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Hospital Administration (preferred).
- PG Diploma in Hospital Administration (considered if the candidate has relevant experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching or relevant professional experience in Hospital Administration preferred. Freshers can also apply.
- Strong knowledge of Hospital Administration principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala for teaching assignments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
