Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

As a Holiday Expert, you will:
- Engage with Clients: Respond to inquiries about our travel services and offerings, ensuring each client's needs are met.
- Customize Travel Plans: Determine client preferences including destinations, length of stay, and transit requirements.
- Manage Bookings: Please make sure deposits are collected before booking, and let us know the cancellation policies.
- Stay Within Budget: Select transport and accommodation options that align with the client’s budget and preferences.
- Plan Excursions: Create personalized itineraries based on clients’ interests and needs, including mobility and medical considerations.
- Provide Expert Advice: Offer knowledgeable recommendations on travel destinations and activities.
- Educational Background: B.Com/Any Graduate, preferably with a degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or Business.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role at a reputable travel company is preferred.
- Customer Service & Sales: Experience in these areas is an asset.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and managerial abilities.
- Travel Knowledge: Familiarity with top travel destinations and activities is a plus.
