Hiring - Tandoor Commi/Chef
Responsibilities
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Operate & maintain the tandoor oven to ensure it is in good working condition
- Cook dishes in the tandoor oven following traditional Indian recipes and techniques
- Monitor cooking times & temperatures to ensure dishes are cooked properly
- Ensure food safety & cleanliness in the tandoor area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation & timely preparation of dishes
- Previous experience as a Tandoor Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
- Ability to handle & cook food safely & hygienically
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
