Job Overview:
We are seeking ambitious and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our team on a commission basis. As a Sales Executive at GYE, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
Sales Presentation: Present and promote GYE’s services to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Knowledge of financial and business services is a plus.
