Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Warmly greet customers and visitors as they enter the premises.
- Provide assistance by answering questions, offering information, or directing guests to the appropriate area or department.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Ensure customers have a positive experience by engaging with them and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage and coordinate queues, ensuring customers are attended to in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure customers are directed to the right personnel.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries about products, services, or policies.
- Assist with any promotional activities or events as required.
- Handle any immediate customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate manager when necessary.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
