Job Responsibilities
- Design & Creativity: Develop consistent, high-quality designs across various mediums, including social media, digital campaigns, and print.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, staying on top of the latest design and social media trends.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Time-sensitive projects: Work on multiple projects with tight deadlines, delivering creative solutions under pressure.
- Collaborate with other designers (if applicable) to produce cohesive visual communication.
- Trendsetting: Stay updated with the latest in graphic design and social media trends.
- Continuously innovate to keep the clients ahead of the curve.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification in Graphics design.
- Previous 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Motivation & Drive: A self-starter who is passionate about design and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Versatility: Proficiency in relevant design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and projects, demonstrating creativity and versatility.
- Global Perspective: Experience working on international brands is a plus.
- Ability to adapt designs to fit various cultures and markets.
