Graphic Designer and Illustrator
Designation - Client relationship Manager
ROLE DEFINITION Someone who is focused on building relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met, they are satisfied with the services and/or products provided by the company and any challenges are overcome.
RESPONSIBILITY , TASK AND 1. Answering to social media leads
ACTIVITIES 2. Handling social media posting
3. giving presentations to clients about products or services
4. Reverting to email
5. identifying and approaching potential new architectural and interior design firms for product introduction
6. acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate
7. ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients
8. Design recommendations to clients
9. Entertaining Store visits
10. Leads follow up
11. Collaborate with production team to meet client requirements
12. Creating formal quotes
13. Getting drawings prepared with the
help of designer
14. researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities
15. Handling client virtual tours
16. ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through a er-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback
17. Meeting sales and revenue target
MEASUREMENTMATRIX - Monthly revenue targets
- Close rate ( % )(Your close rate is the number of deals closed compared to the number of leads in the pipeline. If you have 100 leads in your pipeline and only 10 close, your close rate is
10%. ) ( Measured in MIS )
- Upsell rate ( % )
- Length of sales cycle ( Measured in
MIS )
SKILLS 1. Proven experience as a Client
Relations Manager or Relationship
Manager
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
3. A customer-oriented attitude
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Problem-solving aptitude
6. Ability to work well with a team
7. Knowledge of interior design and furniture design
8. Operating MS excel and MS doc
9. Excellent Presentation Skills
KNOWLEDGE 1. Knowledge of Interior design , home decor and furniture design
2. Handling Sales and negotiations
3. Basic knowledge of Adobe illustrator or Autocad
4. Knowledge of metal furniture/Art
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
