As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing visual concepts, designing graphics for various mediums, and collaborating with other team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop and design visual assets for a variety of applications, including digital and print media, such as websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all channels.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, generate creative ideas, and develop design concepts that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Software Proficiency: Use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.) to create high-quality visuals.
- Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company’s visual content remains fresh and innovative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to integrate text and imagery effectively and deliver cohesive creative solutions.
- File Management: Prepare and manage final design files for production and distribution. Ensure files are optimized for various formats and platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design work. Experience in a similar industry or role is a plus.

Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Familiarity with web design and UI/UX principles is advantageous.
