Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of visual communication. You will collaborate with various departments to produce compelling graphics for digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually stunning designs for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and campaigns that align with our brand identity.
- Review and edit designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software developments to continually enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Prepare and optimize files for print and digital distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of web design and user experience is a plus.
