Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver innovative visual content across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create compelling graphics that align with the company’s brand and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design high-quality visuals, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, marketing materials, print ads, logos, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and create effective designs.
- Translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs, ensuring brand consistency across all media.
- Work on multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Revise designs based on client or internal feedback and deliver final approved artwork.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, suggesting new ideas for enhancing the company’s visual identity.
- Ensure all graphics and layouts are optimized for web, social media, and print.
- Work with printers and other vendors to ensure designs are accurately translated into final print or digital formats.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Graphic Designer in an agency or in-house design team.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Corel DRAW, or similar.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of graphic design work, including digital and print.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous but optional.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
