Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Creative Execution:
- Develop and create high-quality graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, product illustrations, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistency in designs and align with brand guidelines.
- Create graphics for digital and print media, including banners, brochures, logos, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Tool Proficiency & Innovation:
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Corel DRAW, Figma, and other relevant tools to produce high-quality designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, continuously bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table.
- Edit and enhance images, graphics, and other design elements to ensure visual appeal and brand alignment.
- Project Management & Quality Control:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback, making adjustments to meet project requirements.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets for easy access and efficient workflow.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proven expertise in using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Corel DRAW, Figma, and other design software.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective designs.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
