The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate ideas and brand messages effectively. Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate ideas and brand messages effectively. This role involves working with various departments, including marketing and content teams, to develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for both digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and other visual materials based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Develop designs for websites, social media, advertisements, product packaging, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
- Modify designs based on feedback from stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of final products.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the team for approval.
- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) or other tools to produce high-quality designs.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
- Preferably 2-4 years of experience in graphic design. Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are also welcome.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of design trends and best practices.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments.
- Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and skills.
