Graphic Designer
Medley Media Lab is seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to work on diverse branding and marketing projects for our clients. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with client goals and brand identities across digital and print media. This role involves designing logos, social media graphics, website elements, advertisements, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and clients to ensure cohesive and impactful visuals that resonate with target audiences.
The Graphic Designer will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines. You must have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout, along with proficiency in industry-standard software. Creativity and the ability to translate client briefs into visually stunning designs are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and creative visuals for digital and print, including logos, social media graphics, ads, brochures, and web design.
- Collaborate with clients and marketing teams to understand project objectives and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely completion.
- Create visually appealing layouts and design elements that align with brand guidelines.
- Provide creative input and ideas for campaigns and branding strategies.
- Ensure all designs are optimised for various digital and print platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends, software, and techniques to ensure cutting-edge visuals.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of branding and marketing projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other design tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and creativity, with the ability to translate client needs into effective designs.
- Experience in motion graphics and web design is a plus.
