Relevant Experience- 08- 10 Years Educational Qualification- BTech (Civil) Responsibilities: · Develop and implement a strategic plan for tender management to achieve business growth. · Identify potential tender opportunities that align with the company's strengths and growth objectives. · Formulate strategies to create competitive and winning bids. · Oversee the entire tender process, from initial identification to final submission. · Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tender documents. · Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., project management, finance, legal) to gather necessary information for tenders. · Lead the development of high-quality, compelling bids that meet client requirements. · Review and approve bid proposals before submission to ensure they align with company standards and client expectations. · Manage the submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with all deadlines and requirements. · Lead, mentor, and manage the tender management team.
