Furniture Production Supervisor
The post is for senior supervisor in a furniture production unit who will be responsible for day to day monitoring .Key responsibilities include
Staff Management -Managing attendance , leaves of staff and new hiring as per production requirement
Supervision: Supervise a team of Carpenters ,Painters and Sofa makers , ensuring quality standards and meeting time schedules .Ensuring furniture sizes and finishes as per manufacturing files
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely procurement.
Training and Development: Organizing training and development opportunities for production staff in assistance with management
Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed related to health and safety of the workers and removal of any hazards in advance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
Skills: Ability to read cad based drawings. Ability to use cad software is desirable
Personal Attributes: Problem-solving mindset, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to achieving production targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
