Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule and coordinate business meetings and appointments
Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
Assist HR department with recruitment processes
Organize and maintain employee records
Support HR functions like onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee or external inquiries and provide administrative support to Office Manager.
