Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Coordinate with HR team for interviews
Maintain records of personnel-related data
Assisting HR Teams in preparing daily reports, Recruitments and other HR work.
Receiving vendors bills, maintaining their record.
Ensuring proper housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene in the office.

Graduate Minimum 2 years experience as a Front Desk Representative.
Excellent communication skills.
