Front Desk Receptionist
- Greeting clients: Welcoming clients and customers to the office
- Answering phone calls: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
- Scheduling appointments: Updating appointment calendars and scheduling meetings
- Managing mail: Receiving, sorting, and monitoring mail and faxes
- Administrative tasks: Performing clerical duties like filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing.
- Supporting sales and property management: Providing administrative support to these departments
- Maintaining office order: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and organized
- Ordering supplies: Ordering supplies like stationery
- Updating open houses: Updating open houses on websites
