The Front Desk Executive serves as the face of the company, providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. They are responsible for managing the reception area, handling inquiries, directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support as needed. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Greeting and Assisting Visitors:** Welcome guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Provide information and assistance as required. 2. **Answering and Directing Phone Calls:** Manage incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate departments or individuals. Take messages accurately and ensure they reach the intended recipients promptly. 3. **Scheduling Appointments:** Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients or visitors with company staff members. Maintain the appointment calendar efficiently. 4. **Managing Incoming and Outgoing Mail:** Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment using appropriate courier services. 5. **Handling Administrative Tasks:** Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Provide support to other departments as required. 6. **Providing Information and Assistance:** Respond to inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees in a timely and accurate manner. Offer assistance and guidance as needed. 9. **Maintaining Security and Confidentiality:** Monitor the entry and exit of individuals to the premises.
