Manage reception area - Cleanliness and availability of stationery.
Maintaining housekeeping attendance.
Attending daily visitors and updating sheets.
Handling Stationary and keeping records of housekeeping materials also ( ordering and maintaining)
Dispatching and receiving couriers.
Handling couriers of all centers
Checking daily operations of all centers
Calling to daily absent employees.
Attending calls from patients
Keep records of monthly bills on a sheet
Maintaining first-aid
Auditing of rooms every day
Speaks to vendors also (On Call)
