We are seeking a dedicated Bank Dispute Analyst to investigate and resolve customer disputes related to bank accounts and transactions. Your role will be essential in maintaining customer trust and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer complaints about unauthorized charges and billing errors.
Collect and evaluate relevant data from bank records and customer documentation.
Communicate with customers to clarify details and explain the dispute process.
Detect potential fraud using specialized software and escalate as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Assess evidence to determine dispute outcomes and reimbursement decisions.
Document cases and resolutions for compliance and reference.
Utilize banking software for efficient dispute tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
Previous experience in banking or customer service preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail; familiarity with banking regulations is a plus.
