Food and Beverage Supervisor
Work Location : Noida Sector-142
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, including servers and kitchen staff.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Schedule shifts and manage daily rosters, ensuring sufficient staff coverage.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, solving service issues, and overseeing guest interactions.
- Monitor guest satisfaction through regular interaction and feedback collection.
- Ensure the timely and accurate service of food and beverages.
- Operations and Service Standards:
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Oversee the preparation, presentation, and quality of all food and beverage items.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, beverages, and food items as needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist in creating and updating menus, special offers, and promotions.
- Inventory and Financial Management:
- Conduct inventory checks, manage stock levels, and control wastage.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and maintaining financial records for the department.
- Oversee proper handling of cash and POS transactions.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene practices.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections of the dining and kitchen area.
- Ensure that the staff is trained in and complies with safety standards.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain records of staff performance, inventory levels, and financial reports.
- Participate in daily briefings, providing feedback on operations.
- Collaborate with management to implement new procedures and operational improvements.
- Event and Banquet Supervision:
- Oversee the preparation and execution of events, banquets, and catering functions.
- Liaise with event planners and clients to ensure that specific requirements are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in hospitality, business, or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a food and beverage environment (restaurant, hotel, or catering).
- Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
Working Conditions:

- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,490.61 - ₹25,000.00 per month
