Job Description:
We are seeking a certified Fitness Trainer to create and oversee tailored fitness programs for clients. The trainer will collaborate with physiotherapists to design exercise plans that aid recovery, improve fitness, and promote long-term health. The role requires expertise in various fitness techniques and an understanding of injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments for clients to determine fitness levels and create customized training plans.
- Develop exercise programs for individuals based on their fitness goals, physical limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Demonstrate proper form, technique, and safe usage of gym equipment.
- Motivate and encourage clients to maintain consistency and meet their fitness goals.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists to adapt fitness programs for clients with injuries or special needs.
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits, nutrition, and injury prevention.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of fitness areas and equipment.
- Stay updated with fitness trends and innovations in exercise science.
- Experience working with physiotherapy patients or in a rehabilitation environment.
- Specialized certifications in areas such as strength training, yoga, Pilates, or functional fitness.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
