Faculty for Accounting and Taxation
We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate individual to join our prestigious accounting and taxation educational institution as a Faculty Member. As a Faculty, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our students by delivering high-quality education and imparting practical knowledge in the field of accounting and taxation.
Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative lectures, seminars, and workshops on accounting and taxation subjects in Tamil.
- Create and update curriculum materials, ensuring they align with industry standards and current practices.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic journey, providing individualized support and feedback.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to promote their growth.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting and taxation practices, incorporating them into teaching methodologies.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance personal knowledge and teaching skills.
- A minimum of a master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in accounting/taxation is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in teaching accounting and taxation subjects at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- Strong expertise in accounting principles, taxation laws, financial reporting, auditing, and related software applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a passion for learning and professional growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to guide students in practical applications of accounting and taxation principles.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

- Master's (Preferred)
- GST/VAT: 1 year (Preferred)
- Tally Prime/ERP: 1 year (Preferred)
- MS Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Teaching: 4 years (Preferred)
