The Export Sales Representative will generate and manage sales leads, build and maintain relationships with international clients, and ensure the smooth execution of export operations. This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is experienced in international trade, understands global markets, and can drive sales growth in diverse regions. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Business Development:** - Identify and target potential international markets and customers for product export. - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the company's global market share. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in international markets. 2. **Client Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Act as a liaison between the company and international customers, ensuring clear communication. - Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction. 3. **Sales & Revenue Growth:** - Meet or exceed sales targets for export markets. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to international clients. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with customers while ensuring profitability. 4. **Export Operations:** - Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including documentation and customs requirements. - Monitor and manage the full export process from order placement to delivery and payment collection. 5. **Market Analysis & Reporting:** - Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts. - Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly. - Report to management on market expansion opportunities and strategies. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience (2-5 years) in export sales or international trade. - Strong understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus. **Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of international payment methods (letters of credit, etc.) - Experience in dealing with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other third-party service providers. - Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and business practices.
