Job Summary: The Export Documentation Executive is responsible for managing all export-related documents and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This includes preparing bills of lading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other necessary documents for rice exports. The role involves coordinating with shipping companies, customs authorities, and customers to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and government authorities.
Manage shipping schedules, track shipments, and resolve issues.
Communicate with customers about documentation and shipment updates.
Handle documentation for payment processes (Letters of Credit, wire transfers).
Maintain accurate records and reports for audits and internal use.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of export documentation experience, preferably in the rice/agricultural industry.
Strong knowledge of export regulations and customs documentation.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
This role ensures smooth and compliant export operations, facilitating the timely delivery of rice products to international markets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits:
