**Job Title**: Exhibitions Executive **Job Type**: Full-time, requires frequent travel ### **Job Summary**: The Exhibitions Executive will be responsible for managing exhibitions across various cities in India. This role involves handling the entire exhibition setup, managing sales counters, interacting with customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable with frequent travel, has excellent customer service skills, and can efficiently manage sales and billing processes while displaying and organizing ethnic dresses. ### **Key Responsibilities**: - **Exhibition Management**: Oversee and manage exhibitions at various locations across India, ensuring a smooth setup and operations throughout the event. - **Sales Management**: Handle the sales counter at exhibitions, assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers, address inquiries, and provide detailed information about the ethnic dresses on display. - **Billing & Transactions**: Manage the billing process, ensuring accuracy in transactions, handling payments, and maintaining records of sales. - **Product Display**: Organize and display ethnic dresses effectively to attract customers, keeping the exhibition space tidy and visually appealing. - **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain stock levels at the exhibition, coordinating with the team for restocking if necessary. - **Travel & Setup**: Travel frequently to different cities, ensuring timely arrival and proper exhibition setup, including arranging the exhibition booth and coordinating with venue staff. - **Logistics Coordination**: Handle the logistics involved in transporting products to and from exhibition locations, ensuring they are well cared for during transit. - **Post-event Reporting**: Provide detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics after each exhibition. ### **Key Requirements**: - **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). - **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or event management, preferably in exhibitions or retail environments. - **Skills**: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage sales transactions and handle billing processes. - Organizational skills to manage product displays and event setups. - Willingness to travel frequently and manage exhibitions independently. - Attention to detail, especially in managing cash and inventory. - **Other Requirements**: - Must be comfortable with frequent travel across India and flexible working hours, including weekends. - Strong customer service orientation and sales acumen.
