Responsibilities
Will handle front end processing for clients and associates, meeting them, understanding client/ associates requirement. Ensuring accurate payrolling processing and renewal of contracts wherever applicable. This will involve extensive co-ordination with associates and clients. Customer Relationship
Managing contractors / associates post assignment start date
Proactively engage with all associates at least once, a meet either one-on-one or in a small group setting
Reaching out to all the new joinee’s on the start date of assignment and induct them of the polices and processes
Builds relationship with associates
Manage a tracker to log associate escalations / complaints
Coordinates / liaisons with the recruitment team, OB team payroll team as required
Ensuring full compliance on all policies and procedures
Facilitates to ensure timely contractor on-boarding, employee relations issues, orientations, performance reviews, and off-boarding activities
Escalation Management
Client Management with regards to associate’s engagement
Handling client escalation related to HR operations of Staff deployed to different clients. Solving Day to day HR issues & resolving it within TAT.
