: Efficiently managing the Managing director schedule, prioritizing appointments & and delegation of tasks, meetings, and events, tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met by various teams or individuals, and resolving issues that may arise in the Managing director schedule, and activities, or projects to ensure smooth operations.
: Handling all forms of communication on behalf of the MANAGING DIRECTOR, including emails, calls, and other correspondence, and ensuring important messages are conveyed promptly.
: Coordinating travel plans including domestic and international, itineraries, proactive planning of external partner meetings, and logistics for the Managing director, CXOs & director’s business trips and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
: Gathering necessary materials, information, and reports for meetings attended by the MANAGING DIRECTOR and ensuring they are well-prepared for each engagement.
Project Management Skills: Providing support on special projects and initiatives led by the MANAGING DIRECTOR, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
: Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handling it with the utmost discretion.
: Welcoming, assisting, and managing relationships with clients, and key stakeholders, both internal and external, and acting as a liaison between the MANAGING DIRECTOR and these parties and
: Organizing and maintaining important documents, contracts, agreements, and other files for easy retrieval.
: Staying updated on industry trends, executive best practices, and relevant tools to enhance the support provided to the MANAGING DIRECTOR.
: Assist in admin work and reception portion as well
: Ensuring efficient information flow within the Managing director office, keeping the MANAGING DIRECTOR updated on relevant matters, and sharing updates as needed.
: Work in preparing and delivering documentation for tenders, vendor registrations, and other parts wherever required and to handle basic sales support as & and when required.
