Executive Support and Coordination: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Communication and Correspondence Management: Facilitate seamless communication flow by drafting and editing correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO and leadership team, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, partners, and board members, through effective communication.
Project Management and Strategic Initiatives: Support the CEO and leadership team in the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects, including research, analysis, and coordination of cross-functional teams to drive organizational objectives forward.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality with the utmost discretion, demonstrating a strong commitment to ethical standards and organizational integrity in all interactions and activities.
Assist on all administrative matters and procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor negotiations, purchasing of goods and services, and any other routine tasks.
Assume such responsibilities as are assigned by the Organisation from time to time.
