Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO Responsibilities: ● Coordinate executive communications: take calls, respond to emails, and interact with clients. ● Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners. ● Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. ● Organize corporate events and staff appreciation days. ● Maintain an organized filing system for both paper and electronic documents. ● Handle various HR generalist activities such as responding to HR-related inquiries from employees, administering new employee onboarding and orientation processes, etc ● Update and coordinate sales team daily activities, including duty rosters, reporting, and monitoring, in collaboration with the Sales Manager. ● Help maintain talent management and manpower planning. ● Address grievances from the sales team and head office staff. ● Ensure the smooth operation of HR processes, including biometric attendance, employee performance, benefits, payroll, and maintaining records of new staff. ● Prepare and send MIS reporting data to management. ● Uphold confidentiality with utmost integrity. ● Cultivate professionalism among staff and clients. ● Pay meticulous attention to detail in both routine tasks and special projects. ● Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and proactive problem-solving to the team.
