Position Overview:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Expected Start Date: 25/10/2024
- Managing schedules: Organizing calendars and appointments, and booking travel arrangements
- Handling communications: Answering phones, responding to emails, and screening calls
- Preparing documents: Writing correspondence, presentations, and reports, and compiling market research
- Planning events: Organizing meetings, conferences, and workshops, and booking meeting rooms
- Taking notes: Recording meeting minutes and transcribing discussions
- Performing general office tasks: Filing, scanning, faxing, and tidying the office
- Maintaining confidentiality: Keeping confidential information private
- Traveling with their boss: Assisting with tasks during travel, such as taking meeting notes and communicating with the company back home
