Estimator (Interior Fitout)
- Analyzing drawings and specifications: To prepare cost estimates for projects
- Determining requirements: To calculate the time, labor, equipment, and material needed for a project
- Collaborating with suppliers and contractors: To get accurate pricing information
- Working with project management teams: To assess project risks and opportunities
- Preparing proposals: To submit for bidding purposes
- Staying updated: To keep up with industry trends and market developments
- Developing strategies: To improve efficiency and save costs
- Managing the tender process
- Meeting with clients
- Preparing bills of quantities, quotations, and scope of works
- Reviewing the performance of subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Working with the marketing team and bid coordinator
- Keeping track of and updating salesforce
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
