Business Development: Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the CPaa S industry. Acquire new Clients across all Communication channels – SMS, Whats App,RCS ,Email
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand client needs and tailor CPaa S solutions to meet those needs.
Sales Planning: Meet sales target, plan and present sales projection. Create a strong sales funnel and measure conversion based on target. Generating sales leads through various sources (Accounts Mapping, cold calling, prospecting) and building corporate database
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications or cloud communications industry, with at least 3 years in a CPaa S or related field.
Education: MBA in Marketing preferred along with Graduation from reputed University/Institutes
Skills:
Strong understanding of CPaa S, Saa S, telecommunications, and cloud-based communication services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
