Electrician
- Maintenance worker Maintains and repairs equipment and facilities, such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems. They also inspect equipment and facilities, maintain inventory, and perform minor fixes.
- Utility technician Identifies when equipment needs maintenance and takes the proper actions to prevent issues.
- Maintenance technician Regularly inspects buildings, grounds, machines, and equipment to identify potential issues. They also perform diagnostic tests, repair machines, and help develop preventive maintenance programs.
- Instrumentation technician Performs preventative and regular maintenance on machinery, and diagnoses and repairs equipment if something goes wrong.
- Maintenance assistant Diagnoses and troubleshoots maintenance issues, handles emergency requests, and communicates with supervisors on the maintenance status of equipment and facilities.
- Maintenance engineer Monitors and controls maintenance costs, deals with emergencies and unplanned problems, and improves health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintenance officer Handles a variety of maintenance requests in a large building or group of buildings. They perform scheduled, reactive, and preventative maintenance on a property and its buildings, grounds, and infrastructure
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
