Note- It is full time intern role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on major online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the seller dashboards on these platforms and have a strong proficiency in advertising and cataloguing techniques. Responsibilities:
Seller Dashboard Management: Expertise in navigating and utilizing the Amazon and Flipkart seller dashboards to effectively manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and orders.
Advertising and Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to maximize visibility and sales through advertising campaigns, sponsored products, and other promotional tools available on Amazon and Flipkart.
Cataloguing Optimization: Ensure product listings are optimized for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research, product descriptions, images, and categorization.
Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential online sellers through cold calling and other communication channels. Pitch e-commerce services and benefits to convert them into clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and updates on marketplace trends and opportunities.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in managing Amazon and/or Flipkart seller accounts.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, advertising techniques, and cataloguing optimization.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Prior experience in sales or client acquisition is a plus.
