E-Commerce Executive
- Manage and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, making recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor daily sales and website performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
