- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.)
- Regularly update product details, images, prices, and stock levels.
- Ensure consistency in product information across all online channels.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Collect customer feedback and work on continuous improvements.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and stock levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
