Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated draftsman who can work alongside a number of specialists at our company. The draftsman will form part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, and should be comfortable working at an adjustable table as well as a computer terminal. You will usually work at our offices, but will at times need to fulfill travel requirements and work on-site.
To be successful as a draftsman, you should stay up-to-date with new drafting software and advancements. An exceptional draftsman will demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and have sound knowledge of the discipline they draft for.
Roles and Responsibilities
l Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
l Create master plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, including villas, farmhouses, and larger residential complexes under the guidance of Architects and Planners.
l Collaborate with architects, engineers, and interior designers to ensure cohesive and comprehensive design solutions.
l Develop detailed drawings for sales galleries, ensuring aesthetic and functional elements are well-integrated.
l Work on 2D and 3D design software (Would be a Plus) to produce technical drawings, layouts, and plans.
l Assist in the coordination of design and construction documents, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
l Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely execution of drawings and plans.
l Revise and update designs as required by project changes, ensuring all revisions are clearly documented.
l Ensure that all drawings are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
Skills and Requirements
l 4-5 years of hands-on experience in architectural drafting, with a strong focus on residential, villas, farmhouses, commercial projects, and sales galleries.
l A diploma in architectural drafting, architecture, or a related field.
l Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and other relevant architectural design and drafting software.
l Experience in interior design or detailing for interiors is a plus.
l Strong understanding of construction detailing, building systems, and materials.
l Ability to produce detailed and precise architectural drawings with minimal supervision.
l Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
l Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects, including residential, commercial, and sales gallery designs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
