Job Title: Deputy Project Manager (DPM) - Government Building Projects
Location: Karnal, Haryana
Salary: ₹50,000 per month

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager (DPM) for two ongoing government building projects in Karnal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, with specific experience in managing government building projects and expertise in handling G+8 tower cranes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on government building projects.
• Proven experience in handling G+8 tower cranes.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to join immediately.
