You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and ensuring that their delivery experience is positive and satisfactory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages, goods, and services to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and customer signatures
- Operate a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the vehicle, such as fueling, cleaning, and reporting any issues to management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that deliveries are made efficiently and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages of up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of navigation and mapping skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Work will be performed in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in a vehicle
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
- May be required to work in inclement weather conditions
- Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver packages of up to 50 pounds
