Design & Estimation Executive
Job Summary:
The Design & Estimation Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed designs and estimates for aluminum doors and windows. This role requires strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems, the ability to interpret architectural drawings, and the skill to produce precise cost estimates. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales, project, and production teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and are cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

The Design & Estimation Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed designs and estimates for aluminum doors and windows. This role requires strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems, the ability to interpret architectural drawings, and the skill to produce precise cost estimates. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales, project, and production teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and are cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development:
- Develop and create detailed technical drawings and designs for aluminum doors and windows using Auto CAD or similar design software.
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and internal teams to refine designs based on project specifications.
- Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
- Estimation:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on detailed designs and material specifications.
- Analyze project requirements and identify cost-effective solutions to meet client budgets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material costs, labor rates, and industry pricing trends.
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure accurate communication of design and estimation details.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, tenders, and contracts.
- Support the procurement team in selecting appropriate materials and suppliers based on project needs.
- Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to clients during the design and estimation process.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely information.
- Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of designs, estimates, and project documentation.
- Ensure all project documentation is organized and accessible for future reference.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in design and estimation, preferably in the aluminum doors and windows industry.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of aluminum systems, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for accurate cost estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software for estimation and project management is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
