Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and check-in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including follow-ups and reminders.
Process new patient registrations and update existing patient records.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
Assist with the implementation and adherence to practice policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels of dental tools, equipment, and office supplies.
Monitor usage and reorder supplies and equipment as needed to ensure the practice is well-stocked.
Conduct regular inventory audits and manage storage to prevent loss or damage.
Ensure the practice complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including infection control procedures and record-keeping.
Support quality assurance initiatives by monitoring patient satisfaction and implementing improvements based on feedback. Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Healthcare industry- Hospital/ Clinic
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, hospital software).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
Experience in inventory management is advantageous.
