Role Description
This is a Part-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer at EKALASAALA in Hyderabad. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications
· Technical Trainers and Technical Training skills
· Training & Development and Training skills
· Strong communication skills
· Experience in creating training materials
· Ability to assess training effectiveness
· Knowledge of instructional design principles
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
· Ability to assess training needs and customize training content
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Education, etc.)
· Certifications in Technical IT Training or related fields are a plus
