KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in the planning, development, and execution of various organization Community projects and initiatives.
· Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and frameworks that support the growth of the organization Community.
· Provide analytical support to enhance the effectiveness of community programs and events.
· Conduct in-depth research on global healthcare trends, markets, and innovations.
· Analyze and synthesize research findings to provide actionable insights for the organization Community.
· Stay up to date with the latest developments in the healthcare industry and apply this knowledge to community initiatives.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support decision-making processes.
· Ensure clear and effective communication with senior leaders, providing updates and insights on ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
· A strong background in research/Data Mining.
· Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
· Experience working in a collaborative environment and reporting to senior leadership.
· A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
· Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
