Job Summary:

- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered.
- Perform data validation and verification to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer-related issues.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve data quality.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with data protection regulations.
- Provide training and support to new staff on data entry and computer systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, computer services, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for computer hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
