The Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in the company's database. This includes tracking inventory, recording production outputs, processing orders, and updating supplier information. The role demands attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure that company records reflect real-time operations.
Accurately input production data, including daily outputs, batches, and quality control records.
Update inventory levels based on incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products.
Maintain up-to-date supplier and customer records.
Track stock levels of raw materials (e.g., sugar, cocoa, packaging) and finished goods.
Monitor inventory discrepancies and coordinate with the inventory team for reconciliation.
Assist in generating stock reports for management review. etc.
