Cybersecurity trainer

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to educate, mentor, and guide individuals or teams in system, web, database, and network security. The ideal candidate will possess a strong programming background and a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and methodologies.
- Develop and deliver training programs on system, web, and network security.
- Create course materials, including presentations, exercises, and hands-on labs.
- Design and conduct workshops, seminars, and practical training sessions.
- Assess the skill levels of participants and tailor training content accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest cyber security trends and technologies.
- work with Secure Nexus closely on lab, assignments, exercises as may be deemed fit to enhance own skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years practical experience in cyber security training or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C/C++.
- Extensive knowledge of system, web, and network security principles.
- Proficiency in conducting Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
- Experience with Red Teaming exercises and ethical hacking methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic protocols and network security best practices.
- Cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt training approaches to different skill levels and learning styles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
Certification in cyber security like CEH, OSCP, or equivalent.
