Handle inbound/outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
Provide technical support for our energy management products and mobile applications.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.
Key Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
A graduation degree is a must.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (day and night).
Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
