Welcoming visitors to the organization in a friendly and professional manner and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Handling incoming phone calls, transferring calls to the appropriate individuals, and taking messages when necessary.
Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinating appointments and meetings for staff members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Entering data into computer systems, maintaining records, and updating databases as needed.
Supporting administrative staff with tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents.
Handling customer post sales query and coordinating with internal departments.
Maintain detailed records of post-sale interactions and provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and post sales activity.
You will be a good fit, if you have
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· Minimum 1 years of experience as Front Office Executive or post sales
· Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to work in the evening, weekends and holidays as required for events.
